Randa Johnson is many things to many people. Her most cherished accomplishments would be having achieved the titles of Mother, Wife and Child of God.
She has overcome many challenges in her life which have given her the inspiration to motivate and coach others on how they too can overcome any and all obstacles that present themselves.
Being a career woman and dedicated military wife of many years, she has had to learn how to balance the reality of often times being a single parent, as well as the emotional distress of keeping the home in order and children’s lives in tact while her husband carries out his mission of protecting the American way of life.
Randa was born in San Diego,
She later studied accounting and court reporting, before settling into a successful career as a Real Estate Agent and part time promotional advertiser. Once the market hit what she would describe as the glass ceiling she was forced to go back to the corporate world where she took a position with The Department of Defense.
Having been out of the corporate world for a number of years and having become use to a career where she had total control of her schedule and endeavors, it was unsettling having to fall back into line and follow the direction of someone else’s vision.
She was then approached by a friend to take advantage of a lucrative opportunity in the arena of network marketing. Although network marketing had never been of interest to her she decided to give it a shot. She became a distributor for a company which offered reshaping, nutritional and skincare products. Little did she know that this opportunity would be the catalyst for her career in coaching and public speaking.
She quickly learned that network marketing was purely based on your ability to motivate and inspire your prospect or audience to buy into the company you were presenting. It didn’t hurt that the company was actually offering an amazing product and an extraordinary compensation plan that she truly believed in and used religiously, which made it that much easier to present and motivate others to join. Once she had encouraged others to join, she then had to coach them on how to succeed in the business as well.
At that point she had decided that coaching and speaking was the profession for her. She began researching the profession deeply to gain as much knowledge about the profession and what the qualifications were for distinguishing herself as a coach and public speaker. She learned of the certification courses and education requirements and immediately enrolled herself.
In the meanwhile she still worked for the Department of Defense, worked in network marketing and promotional advertising. She began to get many requests for coaching and speaking and her career took off before she knew it.
She is now able to travel around helping people discover their greatness within. She has made it her mission and has found great success with helping others, inspiring, motivating and“Helping You Brand the Best You”.
